Blarney Church – Tuesdays at 10am
Meeting on Tuesday mornings during term time!
All babies, wobblers and toddlers are welcome, along with their parents or carers, for a morning of play, chat, fun, songs, crafts, Bible stories and refreshments in a safe and relaxed environment.

Pre-booking isn’t required, but helps us in our preparation. Even if you haven’t booked you are welcome to turn up on the morning and as long as there is space we’ll be happy to welcome you!
We appreciate a contribution of €3 per family, per session, to cover the cost of refreshments and supplies. If this is a difficulty for you, please feel welcome to join us anyway and to donate in the future when you are able.
Sparks – Toddlers
Fridays in Term Time – The Carraig Centre, Ballincollig – 10am
WHAT IS SPARKS?
Sparks is a Toddler Group for preschool children, babies and their carers. Whether you are a mother, father, grandparent, or childminder, there is a warm welcome for all.
Come and join us on Friday mornings in term-time for coffee, play and a chat. It’s a great place to connect with others and make new friends.
There are lots of toys, a small safe outside play area for use in fine weather, and a Bible story and song time towards the end of the morning.
WHO WE ARE
Sparks Toddler Group (Fridays, 10am – 11.30am, Carrigrohane Parish Centre) and Blarney Toddler Group (Tuesdays, 10am – 12noon, Church of the Resurrection, Blarney) are run by the Carrigrohane Union of Parishes (CUP). The volunteering teams which support them are drawn from CUP and other local Churches.
SIGN-IN
When you arrive, we ask you to sign in with your name and the name(s) of your child(ren) and phone number on our sign-in sheet and we will give you name labels which are primarily for fire safety purposes. Please be sure to cross your name off the sign-in sheet if you leave early.
SAFETY
We aim to provide a friendly and safe environment for you and your child(ren). Please remember that you are responsible for them at all times.
COST
There is a charge of €4 per family each Friday. If the fee is too much out of your weekly budget, please talk to us at the desk. As a non-profit group, we use our income to cover the cost of the refreshments we provide and to replace toys, books and craft materials. At the end of each year we give 10% of our income to charity, usually child related.
