How We’re Organised
We are part of the Church of Ireland, an Anglican church and member of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Our parish is organised in a way that allows clergy and people to work together in ministry, worship, and mission.
Each parish in the Church of Ireland is led by a Rector (or other priest-in-charge) who has responsibility for the spiritual care and leadership of the parish. The clergy work alongside our Select Vestry, a group of parishioners elected each year who help to oversee the practical, financial, and administrative life of the parish.
Worship is supported by our churchwardens, sidespersons, musicians, and many volunteers who help make parish life flourish. We are also part of a wider Diocese, led by our Bishop, with whom we share ministry, vision, and support.
Together, clergy and people form a community of faith seeking to live out the gospel in our local area.
